We have been advised from our trusted partner Paris Texas Hardware and The Finial Company™ that they are facing significant challenges with global material shortages, manufacturing capacity and ocean container supply constraints, all of which are resulting in escalating pricing pressures within each segment of the supply chain. These are issues that we face not just in hardware but in all segments of our business. We all have been doing everything within our power to prevent, negotiate and dispute the cost increases incurred because of these challenges while working hard to protect our customers by absorbing the initial impact and cost of goods price increases over the last 3 years. Because of the high increases being incurred, Paris Texas Hardware and The Finial Company are passing on a price increase to their customers.

Effective August 1st, Fabricut will be implementing a price increase across the following categories:

Manual Corded and Baton Draw Traverse Systems for The Finial Company™ and Paris Texas Hardware (excluding The Finial Company™ Metal Baton Draw Traverse)	15%
R-TEC Automation® Motorized Traverse Systems, Somfy Motorized Traverse Systems and BTX Motorized Traverse Systems (including motorization and automation accessories)	15%

Fabricut will honor existing pricing on all orders placed and pending between now and August 1, 2021. We will have the updated digital price lists in August.

*A 10% tariff surcharge will still apply to all decorative drapery hardware in The Finial Company™ and Paris Texas Hardware.
