We sincerely appreciate your continued partnership and the trust you place in our brands. As you may be aware, recent changes in global trade policy and tariff regulations have created significant cost pressures across supply chains, particularly within the kitchen and bath industry.

The U.S. administration has released updated *reciprocal* tariff rates affecting many of the countries where our factories are located. These revised rates, which took effect in early August, increased from the 10% baseline that had been in place during the negotiation pause. In addition, steel and aluminum products subject to *Section 232* tariffs have seen rates increase from 25% to 50%.

More importantly, as of Friday, August 15, the administration expanded the *Section 232* tariff list to include thousands of new products, many of which directly impact steel items commonly purchased within our industry. Because this announcement did not receive significant news coverage, this may be the first time you are learning of this important change.

As a result of these new tariff rates, price adjustments will go into effect on October 6, 2025, for the following brands:

Top Knobs Decorative and Bath Hardware 2% increase

Top Knobs Decorative Hardware Steel base metal products (Section 232 Tariff) 6% increase

Atlas Homewares Decorative Hardware Steel and Aluminum base metal products (Section 232 Tariff) 12% increase
