Due to recent changes in the Section 232 – Steel and Aluminum Tariff, which increased from 25% to 50% in August 2025, Orion will be adjusting the existing tariff surcharge from 10% to 15%, effective November 1, 2025. The surcharge will continue to be calculated on the net invoice value before shipping and will appear as a separate line item on all invoices.

Over the past year, Orion has absorbed a major portion of the tariff impact to minimize disruption for our customers. We are now implementing only the essential cost adjustment necessary to maintain product quality and supply consistency.

Despite significant increases in raw material and operational costs in 2025, Orion has not implemented any general price increases this year. We remain committed to producing high-quality products made in the USA while continuing to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.

Please note that the following items are excluded from the tariff surcharge:

1. Bending & curve charges on all rods

2. Miter charge on all rods

3. Modification charge on specific items

4. Strike-off samples for approval

5. Welding charges on specific items

6. Rush charges on orders requested

7. Shipping & handling on specific orders requested

8. Freight charges on orders required

9. Labor charges on any order requested
