Please place your Thibaut orders before the end of the year to avoid the price increase for 2024.

Please be sure that all orders have your name/business name as the sidemark or PO. This assists us in identifying the order should a problem arise. 

Please also be sure to take a look at the vendor list before you login to a brand account. For security reasons we will be changing all passwords on a regular basis. 

Please be sure to have all outstanding Hunter Douglas orders entered in before the system wide price increase which will be taking place on October 10, 2023. Please contact use if you have any questions.

Remember when you signed up with My Designer Concierge you received a welcome email. Within that email there are a series of helpful videos you can watch if you have questions.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to suspend the 5% discount offerings recently due to the economics of doing business.  It has been one of, if not the, hardest years to be in business. Every singe product we source has gone up in both price and inbound transportation/freight.
