Given the COVID-related surge in eCommerce, there continues to be a shipping industry capacity shortage and we have experienced an unparalleled level of shipping cost increases this year including three in just the last six months. As a result, it is necessary to increase our shipping and handling fees to help offset the significant additional surcharges we've incurred. Beginning 1/18/21, the following will be in effect:

U.S.

• Handling Fee - $8.00/unit with a $25 minimum per order; there is no maximum
• Oversize Freight Charge 90" (previously 96") - $50/unit; $80 minimum per order 

Canada

• Handling Fee - $9.00/unit with a $25 minimum per order; there is no maximum
• Oversize Freight Charge 90" (previously 96") and over - $50/unit; $80 minimum per order 

A note on the shift to the new 90" oversize base: surcharges that hit our industry particularly hard relate to boxes that are over 48" and especially boxes over 96". The 90" and greater oversized fee more accurately captures the larger size of the box that includes the protective packaging.

We will continue to look for ways to reduce packaging, optimize the number of units in a box and negotiate hard to better our rates to reduce shipping costs and minimize the need to increase our fees in the future.  Thank you for your understanding and your support. 

DirectConnect® (DC) and the Mobile Selling App (MSA) will be updated to reflect these changes. If you have already set up Installation & Freight Charges for your Client Proposals within DC, this will also be updated automatically effective January 18, 2021. If you have not, now is the perfect time to set up both. Taking this easy, extra step will give you the ability to add shipping, handling or other miscellaneous costs to your client quotes automatically.

Dear Customers,

Please accept this notice of the updated recommended US retail prices for Thibaut and Anna French, which will go into effect on January 1st, 2021.  Updated sample book inserts for our collections can be downloaded by clicking the links below. Items that have an asterisk after the price indicates that there has been a change. We will also be increasing our 3’ and 6’ wallpaper samples to $7.50 and $12.00 effective the same date.

Thibaut and Anna French are committed to offering you the quality you expect and deserve.  We understand that these are challenging times and do not take this lightly, so we have minimized the price increase to the least possible amount.

All orders placed before January 1st, 2021 will be honored with the current price; we highly encourage you to order soon to take advantage of this. If you have outstanding quotes for specific items, please contact your Thibaut representative or showroom.
